Internal walls

Insulation of internal walls of building envelope do not change the building look, due to this it is often used in sophisticatedly designed facades, which reperesents the historical or cultural value.  

In the residential construction the internal insulation is used more rarely, in cases when external insulation is not  possible.

For insulation of load-bearing walls ideally suits glasswool or stonewool insulation materials. They demondtrate excellent heat and acoustic insulation properties. They are waterproof and fire resistant with fire safety standard NG.

Insulation of non load-bearing walls is a necessary part of modern comfortable leaving environment. Separation walls and partitions should be made of materials wich absorb sound, particularly transmitted through the building elements adjoining the separating wall. Glasswool insulation materials show the best performance which meets the above requirements.

For internal load-bearing walls are used glasswool products Thermo Slab 037( ТМ Knauf Insulation), stonewool materials FKD (ТМ Nobasil).

For internal non load-bearing walls are used glasswool products Thermo Double Roll 040, Thermo Slab 037 (Knauf Insulation).

These materials have outstanding thermal conductivity performance (the values are specified in their names). The slab special size of 610 mm provides the additional advantage in the framed structures with the 600 mm space between slabs. This allows to install materials without special fasts.

The materials are soft, elastic, do not crumble or break. This ensures its integrity in shipment and in service and helps avoid the effect of "cold joints". The material is easy to handle and cut and does not involve physical exertion in assembly. The material easily compresses when packed. This helps reduce transportation and storage costs. Fully recovers its shape and bulk after packaging has been removed.

The quality of materials, their safety for health and fire safety are confirmed with the certificates of conformity, hygienic and fire safety.
