Description
Nobasil FKL facade lamellas are made of Nobasil slabs cut into lamellas with the perpendicular orientation of the fibres and the enhanced application of the water repellent agent.
Application
The lamellas are intended for the thermal, acoustic and fire insulation of facades on their outer side with the subsequent plaster application on the reinforcing glass-fibre mesh. The ambient air design temperature ranges from +60 to -70oC.
Nobasil FKL:
- has low thermal conductivity: excellent insulation properties;
- is incombustible, which improves the passive safety of the building;
- is a diffusion slab with the increased polymerisation;
- it is micro-organism and rodent-resistant;
- is chemically neutral: it is resistant against the alkaline environment, it does not increase the environment corrosivity in the contact with metals;
- is distinguished by the stability of the volume and the shape, the minimum thermal deformation and the long service life;
- is distinguished by the high tensile strength (the layer detachment); it is a statically load bearing slab that is attached with glue and dowels;
- is produced with the high dimension accuracy, which provides for the high-quality installation of slabs on the facade;
- it can be easily processed to any size;
- it requires protection against the atmospheric impact in the course of the transportation,
Nobasil FKL slabs are distinguished by a much higher layer detachment strength.
