Suspended ceilings
The suspended ceiling in buildings is an excellent styling concept not only from the aesthetical point of view, but also from the point of view of the suppression of the sound emanating from rooms located higher.
Mineral-wool thermal insulation used in suspended ceiling structures allows attaining a very good thermal and acoustic insulation effect. Low density materials can be used for this purpose. Glass fibre-based thermal insulation materials are installed in the space between the suspended ceiling and the floor slab. Thermal insulation slabs are either placed behind the suspended ceiling, or attached to the floor deck slabs.
Knauf Insulation Products (TM Knauf Insulation)
- Thermo Double Roll 040
- Thermo Slab 037
Our company offers glass fibre-based thermal insulation materials of Thermo Double Roll 040 and Thermo Slab 037 series (TM Knauf Insulation) for the thermal insulation of the suspended ceiling.
These materials have outstanding thermal conductivity performance (the values are specified in their names). These materials are soft and elastic; they do not crumble or break, which preserves them in the course of the transportation and the operation. This makes it possible to avoid the development of "cold joists" in the course of the operation.
These materials are easy to use, can be cut easily and do not require substantial physical effort in the course of the installation. The quality of materials, their safety for health and fire safety are confirmed with the certificates of conformity, opinions of the sanitary and epidemiological expert appraisal, and the fire safety certificate.
